MyBrand enters the UK

Independent international brand consultants, MyBrand, are today open for business in the UK through the acquisition of Drive, a London based brand consultancy.
Working in Lisbon, Madrid and San Paulo, MyBrand is a leading independent player in Southern Europe and its market share is rapidly growing in Brazil and across South America. MyBrand, working in conjunction with Mckinsey and Company, recently designed and launched Uzo, the brand for a new low cost talk and text service from TMN, Portugal’s largest mobile operator. MyBrand’s clients cover a wide range of sectors from consumer goods to financial services and include PT, Portugal’s largest telecoms company, Vivo, Brazil's dominant mobile telecoms brand with some 28 million customers, EDP, one of the largest electricity companies in Europe and Brisa, the leading European motorway operator.

a former main board director of Wolff Olins says,

Robert Fox, formerly of Gemini Consulting and Wolff Olins, is appointed Managing Director of the UK business and also joins the board of MyBrand, Lisbon, as Consulting Director. Simon Mottram, formerly of Wolff Olins and Landor will become UK Communications Director and Martin Skeet, formerly of Lloyd Northover, becomes UK Creative Director.

Drive was set up in 2002 by Simon Mottram and Martin Skeet. Its clients include several large financial services companies as well as businesses located in Russia and eastern Europe. From today it will trade as MyBrand Consultants Limited.
